Good for learning, excellent as a reference.

This text serves well as a reference, and has grown into something of a behemoth in more recent additions. I found this addition to be rather cohesive, although there was some forward-referencing and a lot of back-referencing. The material is often spread across chapters (especially digital logic) which makes readings a little more difficult to navigate for a more modular course. All in all, explanations are generally clear and examples are thorough.

Old book in excellent condition. But did not contain the chapters on CMOS circuits which are present in the new book.
